A strength-focused Pilates Mat workout using light dumbbells for extra challenge and core awareness.

METCON: METABOLIC CONDITIONING

The BetterFit approach to High Intensity Interval Training. Work through Strength and Cardio challenges to create change in your body. Dumbbells required.
